Another Job By Wick Jackson

My name is Wick Jackson and I have been married to Cindy Arnold Jackson since 1985. Together we have been blessed with four beautiful daughters and one wonderful son-in-law. My life was changed forever 23 years ago on my first short term missions trip and I have been involved in missions ever since. In 1992 I closed my construction company and moved my family to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for our first ministry assignment to build a church and a seminary. In 1998 we moved to Cochabamba, Bolivia where I began to teach the World Impact Seminar to encourage pastors and church leaders to become actively involved in world missions. We live in the USA now and I continue to work full time in missions and travel often throughout South America teaching the seminar. I am also a tent maker. This does not mean that I make tents. The apostle Paul used his craft of “tent-making” to support himself so that he could do what he loved most, reaching others with the Gospel. We are blessed to have a faithful team of family and friends who support us prayerfully and financially but when the need arises, I use the gifts of construction that God has blessed me with by doing small remodeling or construction jobs on the side. This blog has photos of the “tent-making” jobs that God has provided this year so enjoy the progress and check back often……….
