I live my life a little differently. My passions are most definitely centred around food, fitness and adventure. If I can combine all three I'm a very happy girl! I live mostly in my camper van exploring Europe. Three years ago a little green juice was the catalyst for a huge change in my health and lifestyle. My book RADIANT very much focuses on the massive impact food can have on our health and skin. Written from a very personal perspective, if you struggle with psoriasis or eczema, or simply want radiant skin and glowing health, I hope my recipes inspire and show that plant focused food need never be restrictive or boring!
