bioarchaeologyblog
Hi and welcome! I am a bioarchaeologist and a forensic anthropologist. I have been working on skeletons and mummies since 1996. I worked for many years in academia, but in 2015, I gave it all up and moved to Costa Rica where I now work as a forensic consultant and freelance author. During my years in academia, I conducted research in Peru, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Florida, Louisiana, and Colorado. I also opened a human identification laboratory at MSU Denver, where I was an Associate Professor of Anthropology and Chair of the Sociology and Anthropology Department. I have analzyed many skeletons and several mummies over the course of my career and I want to continue doing so and learning new things as I go along! I hope this website can help you to do the same.
