I've been working in the print and web design industry for over a decade. My interests in web development and design began in 2000 and led me to study multimedia design at San Diego Community College. From there my interests straddled the line between visual design and web coding, and I spent many years working in web production design in New York, as well as in San Diego and New Orleans. Recently I began dedicating myself to studying coding languages such as Javascript, Sass, and Ruby on Rails. I am extremely driven and value self-education and learning via experimentation. My passion is to find innovative ways to make things work—whether in my music (creating rule-based systems) or in building interactive web experiences. I am extremely motivated when it comes to brainstorming creating solutions to problems, and I enjoy the process of learning by doing. I'm an internationally published composer and sound artist, with over a dozen albums released, that has had my work presented and performed in Japan, Germany, England, Scotland, Italy, France, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Belgium, and 30+ states in the U.S.A.
