I'm a mom. And a step-mom. I'm on a crazy journey with my husband, trying to get it right the second time around....whatever that means! My kids teach me at home (I claim to teach them, but we all know the truth!). I'm a survivor of childhood sexual trauma. I'm a daughter of God. I decided to write along my journey, mostly for my own sake. This isn't a mommy blog or a homeschooling blog or a trauma blog. It's my life, which encompasses those things and many others. Sometimes it's sad. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it defies my vocabulary. But it's my life and, for purely selfish purposes I've decided to write it. If it brings help or even just amusement to anyone else, then yay us! Bonus!
