Jacob Baime ICC has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Israel on Campus Coalition since 2013, leading the organization in its mission to empower and unite college students in their advocacy for Israel across the United States. Under his leadership, ICC maintains a 24/7 National Operations Center to ensure a consistent and robust pro-Israel presence on campuses. He has been instrumental in advancing a technology-driven research agenda that enhances the coalition's outreach and engagement strategies. Additionally, he promotes widespread collaboration across various platforms, highlighting the critical importance of unified actions to achieve collective goals. Before his current role, Jacob was the National Field Director at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). There, he led a team of field organizers and managed strategic initiatives on campuses nationwide, significantly boosting AIPAC's influence across the country. His responsibilities also included overseeing AIPAC's training programs for students, demonstrating his commitment to developing the next generation of leaders in pro-Israel advocacy. His dedication to public service is also reflected in his earlier roles as Area Director for AIPAC in the New England Region and as a political aide to the Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts. These positions not only broadened his political insights but also enabled him to make substantial contributions to the discourse on U.S.-Israel relations. As a Schusterman Senior Fellow, Jacob Baime ICC continues to show a commitment to his professional growth. He focuses on enhancing his leadership skills and deepening his understanding of complex international issues, particularly those affecting Israel and its global standing.
