Jakub Hejl

Jakub Hejl is a Czech American investor, real estate developer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist known for his leadership across multiple sectors. He is the founder and president of Westside Capital Group, a Miami-based real estate investment firm with a multibillion-dollar portfolio spanning numerous asset classes and markets throughout the United States. Hejl is also the founder and Chairman of the Hejl Foundation and serves as Chairman of the Board of The Wolfsonian, a major museum and research center in Miami Beach focused on the power of art and design to influence culture and society. Hejl established Westside in 2017 and continues to oversee its strategic direction, investment activity, and risk management. His career encompasses more than $4 billion in real estate transactions across the United States and Europe, including acquisitions, development, and a wide range of complex structures. Under his guidance, Westside has built a diversified portfolio with an emphasis on multifamily, mixed-use, and data-driven real estate opportunities. The company also maintains a significant development pipeline of entitled land at various stages of progress, from early planning to construction and stabilization. In addition to real estate holdings, Westside invests in and operates businesses connected to the real estate ecosystem and other industries.
