I love wine, but I love talking about it more than anything else. There is simply too much misinformation out there on the topic, and I enjoy taking subjects or questions you have and exploring them in a little greater depth. I also enjoy the give-and-take of ‘discussions’, and therefore I look at these blog posts as ‘starters’ of discussions’ between you and me. The end goal? To understand each other better – and hopefully learn something along the way.
