Mary Hope

Mary Hope has over 30 years experience in teaching, training, recruiting, coaching and human resource management. She has worked in both public and private sectors, primarily for and with local government. For eight years she was a public sector 'headhunter' working with clients across the public sector and coaching candidates from a wide range of backgrounds. Mary is the author of ‘Get paid more, promoted faster and feel more satisfied’ She writes for local magazines, is a contributor to the MJ, 24Dash and is resident blogger on Careers for Leaders. She is a Fellow of the CIPD, an NLP practitioner, a qualified psychometric tester (Level A and B) and a diploma in coaching. Mary sits on the Board of Rosebery Housing Association; she was a Lay Interviewer for the Judicial Appointments Commission and is a Panel Member of the HS2 and Thames Tunnel Exceptional Hardship Panels.
