Dr. Michael Har-Noy, founder and CEO of Immunovative Therapies, Ltd., believes his proprietary drug AlloStimTM may harbor new hope for patients with metastatic colon cancer who are KRAS positive. As of now, says Dr. Michael Har-Noy, conventional treatments, consisting primarily of surgery and chemotherapy, are sorely inadequate in treating colon cancer victims with the KRAS mutation. However, preliminary unpublished data have shown these patients to respond very well to AlloStimTM and undergo a significant reduction of tumor burden when given the drug. Dr. Michael Har-Noy intends to test AlloStimTM in a Phase II/III controlled study involving KRAS positive colon cancer patients.
