My name's Heidi. I am left-handed, and I believe dogs are generously smarter than most (or all) of the people I know. I love plants and animals. My belief system is constantly evolving. I have a large family, and it includes some great friends, 10 parents (between biological, step, in-laws, step in-laws and godparents), and a whole gang of brother's and sisters. I love chicken, fruit and french fries. Sometimes I worry that I will eat too many of them for too long and I will become morbidly obese. I will someday be a veterinarian. My favorite flower is daffodils and I love the color red. I love to learn, I love veterinary school and I believe green tea, chocolate and red wine are good for the soul. My favorite days are spent with my best friend and husband, Jon (and my horse Major, and my three adorable dogs, Lady Mercedes "Bean", Buster and Chae Bear).
