I am a systems engineer. I like things to work together. I am concerned about human-machine (or product) interfaces. I notice when the contract between me and a product is violated. When does a violation occur? When the manufacturer unilaterally changes it on me. They change sizes. They change shapes. They do these at the same time so they think I won't notice. Well, they are wrong. I noticed that my 32 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce is now only 22.5 ounces. I noticed that my 350-sheet roll of toilet paper is now only 200 sheets. This is our forum to discuss.
