Since the last 20 years I work in the intersection of human ressources, people development and learning technology - after studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology. As a Business Development Manager at SAP Education I help our customers and partners to extract value from our services & software. May it be a better innovation adoption, higher productivity, increased knowledge transfer or employee engagement. Before this role I was product manager for Education Software, earlier I led the SAP internal learning and development team responsible for strategic learning programs and new media. I am passionate about learning, social learning, people development, talent management, social media, learning technology, coaching, knowledge management, learning management systems, gamification, education. I try to reflect my experiences via my blogs, articles, books or presentations at conferences. Outside Work I like to spend time with my family & friends, practice sports, drink a good glass of wine or do BBQ Deutsch Seit den letzten 20 Jahren beschäftige ich mich mit Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Lerntechnologie. Vor dieser Funktion war ich Produktmanager für Lern-Software, zuvor führte ich das SAP Beratungsteam für strategische Lernprogramme und neue Medien. Ich bin begeistert von Lernen, Talent Management, Social Media, Lerntechnologien, Coaching und Gamification. Außerhalb der Arbeit verbringe ich gerne Zeit mit meiner Familie und Freunden, treibe Sport, trinke ein gutes Glas Wein oder entspanne beim BBQ.
