Hello and welcome to my blog. I love sharing insights about life, love, and faith, and the many events we face that shape who we are. I believe we are all God's masterpiece, and part of the same weave that forms the canvas we call life. I enjoy writing as a means for reflection, self discovery, and personal change. I was born in Fort Worth, Texas and grew up in Raton, a small town of around 8,000 people situated just east of the Sangre de Cristo mountains in beautiful northern New Mexico. I graduated from The University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History. I enjoy memoir writing, journaling, music, movies, dancing, camping, watercolor painting, playing the guitar and skiing.
